Joliet Then and Now presented at USF’s "Senior Saturdays"
The University of St. Francis "Senior Saturdays" will present " Joliet Then and Now" on May 7 by Joliet historian Robert E. Sterling.
"Joliet Then and Now" will be presented at 9 a.m. in the university’s library. The program is free. For information or reservations, call (815) 740-3404.
Sterling has authored several books on regional history. His most recent book, Joliet Then and Now includes 375 photos portraying Joliet’s past and how the city has changed.
Senior Saturdays is a Learning Throughout Life program sponsored by the University of St. Francis library. The library will be open to seniors during Saturdays throughout the year. Seniors will be allowed borrowing privileges and use of the library’s computers.
