Shakespeares best friend visits USF
The color and flavor of the life and times of William Shakespeare will come to life with Alfred A.E. Wolframs one-man show, The Shakespeare Man, on Nov. 19 at the University of St. Francis.
The show will be at 7 p.m. in the universitys Moser Performing Arts Center studio theater. The University of St. Francis is at 500 Wilcox St. in Joliet. Admission is free. For information or ticket reservations, call (815) 740-3404.
Internationally acclaimed actor, Alfred A.E. Wolfram, portrays the irrepressible and hysterically funny Alfy Marflow, fictional hometown friend of William Shakespeare. The Shakespeare Man takes audiences on a boisterous and whimsical romp in time back to the Elizabethan age of raucous amusement.
In this fun-filled, fast-paced presentation, audience members get to join in an exciting and historic jaunt through the entire life of William Shakespeare.
