Come to Joliet Memorial Stadium two hours before each University of St. Francis Fighting Saints home football game and tailgate with The Edge, 88.7FM, for alternative music favorites, pizza provided by Cemino’s Restaurant and chances to win exciting prizes.
After
the tailgate, stay for the football game or tune
into 88.7 FM for live coverage of every game.
Home games are on Saturdays at 6 p.m. USF’s
Fighting Saints will take on Walsh University
on Sept. 28 for Homecoming; St. Xavier University
on Oct. 5; St. Ambrose University on Oct. 12;
McKendree College on Nov. 2; and Iowa Wesleyan
College on Nov. 9. All home games are at the stadium;
tailgate parties begin at 4 p.m.
The Edge will provide live coverage of USF’s away games: St. Joseph’s College at noon Sept. 7; Urbana University at 12:30 p.m. Sept. 21; William Penn University at 1:30 p.m. Oct. 19; Trinity International University at 1 p.m. Nov. 2; and Olivet Nazarene University at 1 p.m. Nov. 16.
The Edge 88.7FM is the student-run station at the University of St. Francis in Joliet. Along with sports coverage, The Edge provides special programming events such as The Spirit of Christmas, Cinco de Mayo and St. Patrick’s Day celebrations.
