USF symphony orchestra seeks musicians
The Joliet Symphony Orchestra at the University of St. Francis announces vacancies and auditions for fall 2006. Violas and horns are particularly encouraged to attend. The Joliet Symphony Orchestra at the University of St. Francis is comprised of adult musicians from area communities as well as university students and employees.
The first rehearsal will be Thursday, Sept. 7 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. in the university’s Moser Performing Arts Center. Rehearsals will continue on Thursday evenings at 7 pm.
