How to Contact the Center for Instructional Delivery

The Center for Instructional Delivery administers the online course management system, WebCT and provides technical support to those students and faculty using WebCT. If you are experiencing difficulties using WebCT or need technical assistance, you have several options to receive support:

  1. Student User Guide. Step-by-step instructions for using WebCT can be found in the Student User Guide, which can be downloaded at http://www.stfrancis.edu/online/userguides/studentuserguide.pdf
  2. Complete a Problem Report. If you have questions regarding technical difficulties, you can fill out the online problem report located at http://www.stfrancis.edu/help. You will receive a response from the CID support team within 24 hours. Other technical information about the online courses can be found at http://www.stfrancis.edu/online/help/help.htm.
  3. Telephone Support. You can also phone the Center for Instructional Delivery for personal help at (815) 740-5080 or (866) 337-1497 (toll-free) between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM Central Standard Time.
