Fast Track Program

| Finishing my bachelor's degree has always been one of
my long-term goals, but working full-time hours and managing a home
with three children consumed most of my time. By pursuing the BSN
Fast Track program here at USF, I was able to realize my goal, in
spite of time constraints. I was determined that school would never
interfere with my work, so the Fast Track program's online option
gave me the opportunity to schedule "class time" at my convenience.
Initially, I was fearful that the program would be too hard to manage
completely online. However, I quickly learned that support from the
professors and other students were readily available and literally
just a few keystrokes away. The innovative structure of the online
courses enables students to refer to real life experiences from their
own work environments as well as benefit from the experiences of other
professional nurses. Although the program was intensive, I successfully
completed all of the degree requirements within two and a half years.
I am proud to have completed my B.S.N. degree, and I am excited about
the opportunities that have become open to me because of it. I plan
to continue my educational endeavors and acquire the M.S.N. I am confident
that the University of St. Francis has prepared me to be successful
in completing an advanced degree. |
