Forgot Your My USF Password?

STEP ONE:

  1. Go to the Online Password Retrieval page.
  2. Type your username (first name last name, lowercase, no spaces). Click Submit.

    If you do not know your username, contact Academic & Information Services at
    815-740-3432.

STEP TWO:

  1. Complete the form, then click Change My Password.

    If you cannot answer the security question, contact Academic & Information Services at
    815-740-3432.
