At the University of St. Francis, parents are integral members of the campus community. Whether you’re assisting your child in the college search process or helping a current student navigate their college career, USF strives to provide parents with the resources and information they need about tuition and fees, policies, scholarships, campus safety and much more.
The University of St. Francis Parents’ Network exists to promote and enhance opportunities for parents of USF students; to communicate, participate, and establish a sense of community with one another and with the students, faculty and staff of the University of St. Francis.
The Parents’ Network began in the 2000 academic year when the university recognized the importance of keeping the parents involved with each other, their children and the USF community.
The Parents’ Network gets involved with student events such as Orientation Week, Family Weekend and Homecoming. Benefits include a welcome gift, Saints Connection e-newsletters and an official parent T-shirt. Parents can send their children goodie baskets during exam week and stay connected with them through participation.
Your time is appreciated as a volunteer when available at the Orientation Parents Welcome, Family Weekend and Homecoming. You may also participate in other parent events throughout the year such as our Christmas celebration and more.
Want to purchase a basket of goodies for your child during finals week? Are you looking to send something sweet for your child’s birthday? Order a customized gift basket through USF Residence Life at (815) 740-3381.
