Required documents to be submitted to USF Veterans Office

I am a veteran and want to apply for GI Bill benefits at USF and this is the first college university I have attended.

Submit VA Form 22-1990

Copy of Member 1 and Member 4 parts of  your DD214

Post 9/11 (Chapter 33) recipients must also provide a copy of their Certificate of Eligibility (COE) they received from the VA.

I am a dependent of a veteran and want to apply for GI Bill benefits at USF and this is the first college university I have attended.
