ALL electronic communication from the university will be sent to your USF email account ONLY. It is recommended that students check their university email account at least once each week for updates from USF or your course instructor.
New students, those who have never taken a course at USF and have not previously received a user name and password, will receive a notification with their student account (MyUSF) access user name and password. The notification will be sent to the email provided during the registration process within five (5) business days of the receipt of this message. Once established, you will maintain this same user name and password for any subsequent course work.
If you do not receive access information for your student account within five (5) business days of this notice, please contact Network Support Services at 815.740.3432.
Returning USF students can access their account using existing user name and password. If you need to request a password reset, please contact Network Support Services at 815.740.3432.
Please add USF to your safe senders list as some network security systems may prevent messages from the University of St. Francis.
