The 32nd Annual Illinois ASCD Statewide Conference for Pre-Kindergarten & Kindergarten Educators will be held March 7-8, 2013 at the Renaissance Schaumburg Hotel & Convention Center in Schaumburg, IL.
Participants attending the conference are eligible to receive one, two, or three graduate credit hours from the University of St Francis. Along with your attendance, you will be required to complete assignments/projects that will correlate to the number of graduate credit hours you wish to receive. These assignments/projects will be reflective in nature as to the content learning that has taken place during the conference, as well as application of this content that you will bring back to your classroom/school. You will have a minimum of 30 days to complete your course assignments/projects. Further explanation of assignments/projects will be provided by representatives from the university at the conference.
The cost is $225 per graduate credit hour. (Two-credit = $450; Three-credit = $675). Payment is due at the conference, and VISA credit cards are not accepted by the University.
For those individuals that seek prior approval from their school district, the course number will be: RECT 601: ASCD Kindergarten Conference 2013. The graduate credits will be programmatic, if you select a more rigorous path with your assignments/projects.
