Dr. Joong-won Lee
Dr. Joong-won Lee is an assistant professor in the department. He completed his M.S. and Ph.D. in tourism and hospitality management at the University of Utah.
Dr. Lee’s research interests are focused around two primary themes:
- The relationship of service quality and experience quality in the tourism and hospitality industry.
- The sustainability of tourism management and development in economically, ecologically and culturally sensitive areas.
Additionally, he has been involved in several international research and academic projects. Dr. Lee utilizes teaching tools for marketing and information technology purposes such as:

Dr. Lee can use statistical analyses and applications that include data from single case designs, univariate linear models, multivariate analyses, and multilevel models.
