Residence Life Mission Statement
The Residence Life department first and foremost strives to support the overall mission of the University of St. Francis. In doing so, we exist to develop living environments that promote excellence in academic endeavors and challenge students as they grow in all facets of life. It is the work of the Residence Life department to engage students as a community of learners as they grow in their appreciation of the University’s foundational concepts of respect, service, integrity, and compassion. We desire to foster community in such a way that healthy relationships are formed, intellectual conversations are encouraged, diverse thoughts are exchanged, and students are prepared to lead and contribute in a positive manner to the world in which they reside.
