With three to five years of professional Information Technology experience, you are eligible for admission into the University of St. Francis Information Technology Certificate program consisting the six following courses:

The program is offered online in a flexible scheduling environment that allows you to complete coursework in your own time frame.

The Certificate Program:

Available online January 10, 2005

COMP 200 Microcomputer Systems
COMP 205 Information Systems: Analysis & Design
COMP 207 Network Fundamentals (Pre-requisite: COMP 200)

Students can enroll in this sequence anytime before March 5, 2005. It is possible to complete all three courses in the Spring Semester. You can choose to enroll in COMP 200 and COMP 205 simultaneously.

COMP 312 Server Installation and Configuration (Pre-requisite: COMP 207)
COMP 412 Systems Administration (Pre-requisite: COMP 312)
COMP 350 Network Security (Pre-requisite: COMP 207)

Flexible scheduling makes it possible for you to take as long as fifteen weeks to complete a single course or you can complete a course in five weeks and immediately enroll in the next course in sequence. Some courses can be taken simutaneously.

Laboratory requirements for courses can be completed on campus at your convience, in our department lab that is open seven days and evenings each week. If that is inconvenient, external hard drives will be made available for use with your home computer. All required software will be provided. Assistance during posted hours will be available.
