The Safety & Security Department provides a variety of services to the staff, faculty and students within the university community. These services include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Foot and vehicle patrol of campus buildings and grounds
  • First responders
  • Escort services on and near campus upon request
  • Investigation into complaints and reports
  • Enforcement of university parking rules and regulations
  • Provide directions
  • Emergency motorist assistance including jump starts
  • Wheelchair loans and assistance
  • Open doors for authorized persons
  • Shuttle to train or St. Bonaventure Campus when shuttle bus is not available
  • Parking passes
  • Processing lost and found items
  • Provide and make available information relevant to the “Jeanne Clery Act”
  • Emergency notifications
  • Commuter lockers
  • Alarm monitoring
  • Activation of student ID cards
  • Transportation
  • Campus Emergency Preparedness
