GOAL II: Affirm and communicate our Catholic and Franciscan values.

  1. Live our Catholic and Franciscan values through improved communication with all constituencies
  2. Explore the role of global thinking and servant leadership in academic programs and co-curricular activities.
  3. Develop an integrated environmental stewardship and campus sustainability program to improve environmental literacy, to reduce the negative impact of our operations, and to serve as a role model for the community.
  4. Develop staff and administrators through training and professional opportunities, and recognize their value through fair and competitive compensation packages.
  5. Increase the diversity of our faculty, staff and administration.
  6. Expand University Ministry activities and resources to involve the majority of our students on the Joliet
    campus.
