GOAL VI: Strengthen stewardship and fiscal stability to achieve institutional goals.
1. Acquire and allocate additional resources to achieve institutional goals.
2. Increase philanthropic giving in support of the university vision, mission and strategic plan.
3. Enhance effective and efficient management of university resources to improve fiscal stability.
4. Upgrade university facilities and infrastructure to achieve a competitive advantage.
5. Develop resource allocation and revenue models that link the university’s strategic planning and budgets.
