"HOW TO" find your Health Records in the Portal
Once you've logged in,
- click on the MY SERVICES tab.
- Click on the ACADEMIC RESOURCES option that is listed under Choose a Section. Once you've selected that option, a menu will display on the right side of your screen. You will see a link My Health Records located under the Academic Resource Links for Students section.
- Click on MY Health Records, once you've clicked on the My Health Records link, you will be brought to a web page that will allow you to views items such as any missing/outstanding requirements, previous immunizations, contact information and other health related information.
