Public Relations

The goal of the PR department for WCSF is to interact with our listeners as well as the community.  Our goal is to make sure no one is missing out on the great music we play on 88.7 the Edge and gives everyone a chance to win awesome prizes with our many contests.  You may have seen us at tailgates, the Christmas Parade, Silver Cross Field, Lewis University, or right here at USF.  Either way, if you do see us, stop by and pick up a tee shirt or other cool freebies.
The PR department wouldn’t be possible without its amazing staff.

PR Manager: Lauren Madlener
Lauren: I’m a Senior MCOM major with minors in Business and Marketing, I’m addicted to House and Law & Order: SVU and have a passion for animals.  I share my birthday with a National Holiday: National Pig Day and I’ve recently been apart of “Stay Awake 06” with my friend and co manager, Kevin Howard.  We survived the all-nighter on Dr. Pepper and Nerds.

Kevin: I enjoy playing sports, X Box 360, listening to music, and eating good food.  I also enjoy drinking ice cold Cool Blue flavored Gatorade.  It’s mad refreshing!

Erin Cheek
Erin: I’m a Senior MCOM major with a concentration in Advertising and Public Relations. I am currently interning at Provena Saint Joseph Hospital in the PR department. After I graduate I plan to travel to other countries and then move to San Diego to live with my brother for a while. I hope to get a job as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative or at an advertising agency.

Casey Fraher
Casey: I’m a Senior MCOM major and I’m very active here at USF. I’m on the golf team, a USF Ministry Staffer, ARC Mentor and a Saints Ambassador.
