USF TV Club

Geoff Reiter - TV CLUB PRESIDENT
I am a senior this year. I play infield for our baseball team. Some of my hobbies include playing sports, listening to music, and watching movies. After graduation, I would like to get a job as a sports announcer or college basketball. If that does not happen, I would like to get into movies.

Ashley Kekelik
Ashley Kekelik- I'm a sophomore MCOM major concentrating in broadcast. From Cedar Lake, IN. Graduated from Thorton Fractional South High School. I play soccer here at USF. I would like to one day become a technical director and work as an editor for the Chicago Fire.

Kate Malmquist - TV CLUB VICE PRESIDENT
Kate Malmquist is a junior Mass Communications major with a concentration in broadcast. She immediately fell in love with the strict, yet fulfilling, communications program offered at St. Francis and has made a point to be heavily involved in the program since her freshman year. She is excited to “make her mark” at St. Francis and is hoping to bring in several new members to USF’s television club.

Nathan Schoell
I'm a Sophmore MCOM Media Arts major. I am unsure what I want to do after college. I play on the USF soccer team. I also like watching soccer games. Glory Glory Man United!

Joe Ryan
Joe Ryan is a first timer in the world of USF TV. He has done work on Exploring Joliet before as a director, but now he's diving head first into the full world of TV. Before working with the television clan, Joe held all positions in 88.7 WCSF radio, including station manager. He is the co-host of the longest running and self-proclaimed greatest show on 88.7 WCSF, "Over the Edge". In his spare time, Joe typically curses Guitar Hero while playing the same songs feature in the game on his REAL Jackson guitar and beating down his competition in Madden 07. He also enjoys quoting random movies at any given minute throughout the day (especially if the quote is said by Will Ferrell). His idols include Don Burke, Rafael (from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, not the painter), and Bumble Bee (of Transformers fame)..... O wait and Simon Pegg...You know...from Shaun of the Dead....

Katie Kostechka
Katie Kostechka is a senior Mass Communication major with a concentration in broadcasting. Katie is the voice of the radio station, where she also has her own radio show and is station manager. She also is involved with interviews on USF-TVs own Exploring Joliet. She is excited to have been involved with the Mass Communications department at USF and she is hoping that after she graduates she can use all the skills she has learned and apply it to finding a good job.
