The Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of St. Francis offers a flexible curriculum that meet onsite and online that can be completed in only 12-18 months (if desired). A distinctive feature of USF’s MBA program is the student’s ability to start immediately in a concentration of their choosing. MBA Training and Development

The Training and Development concentration presents the principles and processes for assessing both strategic organizational and individual learner needs through a performance-based perspective. The program applies adult learning theory to practice.  At the University of St. Francis, online programs ensure that even adults who are employed full time are able to complete the program at their own pace.
