A non-refundable $50 deposit is required in order to process your housing application. You can pay this deposit online when you submit your application, or it can be submitted via check, in person, or through the mail.

  • East entrance of Donovan Hall
  • Area facing north on Taylor Street at the east wing of Marian Hall

If you selected “yes,” you must contact the Office of Disability Services (ODS) at 815-740-3204 or email the Disability Coordinator, Sean Murphy, at smurphy@stfrancis.edu for a Special Housing Accommodations Request form. The deadline for submitting a Special Housing Accommodations Request form for the fall semester is 90 days prior to move-in for returning students and 60 days prior to move-in for new students. The deadline for submitting a Special Housing Accommodations Request form for the spring semester is 60 days prior to move-in. Once ODS housing accommodation request deadlines have passed and the spaces are filled, students approved for housing accommodations through ODS will be placed on a first come first serve wait list.
