We are continuously gathering YOUR family recipes for a USF recipe book! We hope you’ll submit your family recipes to share with others as well as use them in your own kitchen! USF alumni, students, faculty, staff, families of current students and friends are all invited to participate.

Do you have one or more recipes for making delectable soups, fresh salads, tasty appetizers, savory entrees, sweet desserts, refreshing drinks or more? Submit them here – as many recipes as you’d like to share! You may also send a recipe to alumni@stfrancis.edu and include “RECIPE” in the subject line. Lastly, you can mail a recipe to the Alumni & Family Relations Office, 500 Wilcox St., Joliet, IL 60435.

Bernie’s Bites will be distributed electronically and is available for download free of charge on behalf of the Alumni Association. If you prefer a print version, copies may be ordered through the Alumni & Family Relations Office for $10. Every purchase you make generates dollars for current USF students and is a tax-deductible donation towards the Francis Annual Fund.
