A. I had a lot of fun interning for Congressman Bill Foster here in Joliet. It was one of the most interesting experiences of my life. I also played a lot of guitar for church retreats. Lastly, my family just got a puppy this summer so it was exciting to get her adjusted to our house. I definitely learned some parenting skills by taking care of her.

Q. What are you most looking forward to with school starting today?
A. I think I have a lot on my plate, but I am looking forward to soaking up every second of my last year here. I really should wear a GoPro around 24/7.

Q. What advice do you have for new students for a successful four years at St. Francis?
A. Ask yourself why God placed you at USF. Everything came a lot easier to me when I realized that coming to USF was more than a college choice.
