USF graduate honored for teaching excellence

University of St. Francis graduate Lee Parrott of Romeoville, Ill. has received the Golden Apple Award, one of the teaching profession’s highest honors. Parrott teaches at Wesmere Elementary School in Plainfield Consolidated Community School District 202.

A teacher for 15 years, Parrott holds a master’s of science in Education – Reading Specialist from USF.
