JOLIET’S URBAN NATURE: SENSING PLACE IN THE CITY OF STEEL & STONE FEATURING MICHAEL BRYSON, PH.D.

Bryson, a Joliet resident and professor at Roosevelt University, is the primary architect of the Sustainability major at Roosevelt. The gathering will begin at 6:30 p.m. in the Turk Theater with brief introductions and preliminary remarks by Bryson. Then children will be escorted to age-appropriate rooms to work on environmental projects and crafts while Bryson talks about nature and Joliet’s natural resources. Desserts and beverages will be provided.
