WCSF Collecting Items for Annual Music Rummage Sale

WCSF-FM 88.7, the radio station of the University of St. Francis, is currently collecting donations of used music media, audio equipment and other associated items for its fourth annual Mega Music Rummage Sale on Saturday, October 19, 2019 (hours of operation and campus location to be announced in the coming months). The student-run radio station is collecting donations of used and collectible music and memorabilia including, but not limited to:

• Vinyl LPs 45s and 78s
• Compact Discs
• 8-tracks, reel-to-reels and cassettes
• VHS tapes and DVDs
• Sheet music and music books
• Professional and home audio equipment
• Musical instruments
• Music Memorabilia
• Comic Books
• Halloween themed items

All donations are tax-deductible, and all proceeds from the event will be used to upgrade the nonprofit radio station facilities and equipment.
WCSF will continue to accept donations of music-related items for the sale until Wednesday, Oct. 9. All donations are tax-deductible. Please contact the WCSF staff at 815-740-3697 to arrange a pick-up or drop-off.

WCSF-FM 88.7 is well known in the greater Joliet area as the home of the popular “Spirit of Christmas” programming that runs from Thanksgiving to New Year’s Day each year. Throughout the rest of the year, the station plays a great mix of new, alternative, independent and local music, programmed and operated by University of St. Francis students.
