About the M.S. in Training & Development

  • The program requires 36 credit hours:
    * 7 core courses (21 credit hours)
    * 4 concentration courses (12 credit hours)
    * A final capstone project (3 credit hours)
  • We accept transfer credit if applicable
  • Designed to suit early, mid and late career professionals
  • Online and flexible
  • Can be completed in two years taking one course at a time
  • Can also be completed in as few as 12 months if desired
  • Includes projects that you can apply to your job or future job
