Transcript Requests

An official transcript is a certified record of the academic work done at the University of St. Francis. It includes courses, grades, and credit hours earned along with any degrees conferred. The Registrar’s Office provides official transcripts for students (past and present) and alumni upon written request, or through the completion of the transcript form on the USF website.

Once processed, University of St. Francis electronic transcripts for academic records, 1999 to present, will be emailed from This mailbox does not accept incoming email.

Important Note: Due to the high volume at the end of each term (May, August, December), transcript orders may take up to 21 days to process.

  • apply for State, federal, or institutional financial aid;

  • join the United States Armed Forces or Illinois National Guard; and/or
