Amanda Amiti is licensed and dually certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She is a graduate of Walden University in Minneapolis, MN where she received a Master of Science in Nursing degree in 2018 and then obtained a post-graduate Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certificate through the PMHNP program right here at the University of St. Francis in 2020.
Although she also practices full time as a PMHNP, she has always had a passion for teaching. She started out as an adjunct instructor for USF’s PMHNP program, but now works full-time as one of the graduate instructors for the PMHNP courses, Academic Advisor, and is now the Interim PMHNP Program Coordinator.
When she is not practicing or teaching, she is kept busy with her husband and their three children. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her family to her husband’s home country in Europe visiting family and friends from afar.
