Donate Your Used Music and Memorabilia to WCSF-FM

Joliet, Ill. – WCSF-FM 88.7, the radio station of the University of St. Francis (USF), will host its annual Mega Music Rummage Sale this fall and is currently seeking community donations of used and collectible music and memorabilia. If you cannot bear to throw out your pre-loved media, donate it to WCSF.

Donations can include, but are not limited to: vinyl 33s, 45s and 78s; 8-tracks, reel to reel and cassettes; VHS tapes, and DVDs; sheet music, music books and comic books; professional and home audio equipment; and instruments. USF students will organize and catalog your treasures for WCSF’s annual Mega Music Rummage Sale this fall. All donations are tax deductible and all proceeds from the Mega Music rummage sale will be used to support the educational mission of WCSF.

Admission to the event is free. Thousands of items will be for sale at the event, including vinyl LPs, 45s, 78s, CDs, DVDs, video games, sheet music, 8-tracks, cassettes, instruments, audio equipment, and many more music-related items. Early bird admission starts at 7:30 a.m. with a suggested $20 donation. All proceeds support the educational mission of WCSF-88.7 FM.

WCSF is currently accepting donations of LPs, 45s, CDs, video games and DVDs. Please contact WCSF by telephone at 815-740-3697 to arrange a pick-up or drop-off.

Joliet, Ill. – WCSF-FM 88.7, the radio station of the University of St. Francis, will host their fifth annual Mega Music Rummage Sale on Saturday, Oct. 19, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. The sale will take place at the University of St. Francis’ St. Clare Campus (Guardian Angel Home/Assembly Hall) – which is located at 1550 Plainfield Road in Joliet, Ill.

Donated LPs, compact discs, cassettes, sheet music, music books, musical instruments, stereo equipment and more music related items will be available for sale.

For months, students have been organizing and cataloging the treasures for the sale. Admission to the event during its scheduled time is free of charge. Early bird admission at 8 a.m. is a $10 donation. Prices for items begin at 25 cents. All proceeds will be used to upgrade the nonprofit radio station facilities and equipment.
