How to Apply to ELAP

Please complete and send all of the below documents to intladmissions@stfrancis.edu.

  1. ELAP Application: ELAP Application Form (PDF)ELAP Application Form (Word Document)
  2. TOEFL/IELTS test scores (if available). If no test scores are available, a writing sample and/or Skype interview may be requested.
  3. Photo page of passport.

Next Steps

After we have received all of your required documents…

  1. USF’s International Admissions Counselor reviews your application.
  2. If all requirements are met, USF issues ELAP Letter of Acceptance.
  3. Student completes ELAP Affidavit of Support form and sends a current bank statement or scholarship financial guarantee to intladmissions@stfrancis.edu.
  4. Student confirms attendance at USF by filling out a housing application and paying tuition ($500) and housing ($50) deposits.
  5. USF Mails I-20 for F-1 visa.
